Mars Bar Muffins
This is another Community recipe and the points are for the Original Points Plan. Remember to recalculate to suit the plan you are following

Packet of Green's low fat sponge mix
1 egg
2 snack size Mars Bars
1 tbsp water
Make up sponge mix according to packet instructions.
Melt the Mars Bars in the water, then stir into the cake mixture.
Divide between 10 muffin cases and bake until risen and golden.
Notes
You can make 20 fairy cakes at 1 point each instead. These are lovely and gooey.

1 Packet Asda Smart Price Sponge Mix (Or Equivalent).
1 Medium Egg.
3 Asda Treat Sized Caramel Mighty Bars (Similar to Mars Bars but lower in points!).
Water.

Make up the Sponge Mix.
Melt Mighty Bars in a little boiling water.
Beat in to sponge mix.
Divide between 12 bun cases.

This revisited version of the mars bar muffins is slightly lower in points due to the different brands, and makes 12 large buns though it can easily be stretched to 14 - 16, making the points even lower (about 1 point)!
