100g cooked apple
30g Alpen
100g natural yogurt



In a dessert bowl, put your cooked apple, followed by the Alpen and then a layer of yogurt.

 


This can be eaten straight away, or you can leave it overnight and the juices from the apple & yogurt will have swollen the Alpen, making it seem more filling somehow.

I love this for breakfast.
