Smoked fish with cream cheese sauce

servings 2

2 x 120g smoked haddock fillets
50g low fat cream cheese
small onion - chopped
red pepper - chopped
green pepper - chopped
mushrooms - sliced
cherry tomatoes - halved
salt and pepper to taste



Grill fish for about 3 minutes each side

Dry fry (or spray oil) onions and peppers and when softened, add mushrooms and tomatoes.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese, salt and pepper
Spoon over fish and serve
