Honey-Orange Chicken

1/4 teaspoon shredded orange peel
100ml of orange juice
50ml of pineapple juice
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
Pinch of pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 chicken breast
1 Tablespoon corn flour
Marinade: In a shallow dish combine
orange peel, orange juice, pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, pepper and
garlic. Add chicken, turning to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator over night,
turning once.
Remove meat from marinade, set marinade aside.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Either by steaming or frying in spray
cooking oil
Transfer marinade to saucepan, stir in cornstarch, heat until thick and bubbly,
stir and heat for 2 minutes more. Recoat chicken before serving.
