Sweet & Sour Vegetables

Serves 2
1 point per serving (Original points)

low fat cooking spray 
2 large carrots cut into sticks 
6 spring onions trimmed & chopped 
100g baby sweetcorn halved 
225g can pineapple in own juice 
1 tsp chinese five spice 
1 tsp cornflour 
1 tbsp soy sauce 

Heat wok and spray with cooking spray. stirfry carrots. add spring onion and sweetcorn. 
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. 
Add pineapple and fivespice to the wok. 
Mix cornflour to a cream with a little pineapple juice and add to wok with rest of juice and soy sauce.
