Spanish Vegetable Paella

Spanish Vegetable Paella

Serves 4
3 points per serving (Original points)

1 tbsp olive oil 
2 cloves crushed garlic 
1 sliced onion 
1 tsp turmeric, 
6oz 180 g long grain rice   
¾ pint vegetable stock 
1 sliced red pepper 
400 g can chopped tomatoes 
1 tsp mixed herbs 
salt&pepper

Heat oil & gently fry onion & garlic. 

Add turmeric & rice & cook, stirring for 1 min. 
Add remaining ingredients & bring to boil. 
Give paella a good stir then lower heat & cook 15 mins.
