Spicy Macaroni Cheese & Mushroom Crumble

Serves 4
5 pts per serving (Original points)

8 oz (240 g) quick cook macaroni 
4 ox (120 g)  sliced mushrooms 
295g can WWFH tomato soup or other low cal soup 
pinch chilli powder 
2 sliced tomatoes 
25g breadcrumbs
50g low fat cheddar cheese (grated) 
salt and pepper 

Preheat oven to Gas 6/200 ºC 
Cook macaroni as per packet instructions. Drain well. 
Mix in mushrooms, soup, seasoning. transfer to ovenproof dish. 
Top with tomatoes and season again. 
Mix breadcrumbs with cheese and sprinkle over macaroni mixture. 
Bake for 20 mins
