Scan Bran Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Scan Bran Sticky Toffee Pudding. 

(SW 1 healthy B option + 6 syns or 12 syns whole cake)

4 scan bran          
1 weetabix
1 tbsp golden syrup
2 teacups Candarel
2 large eggs
1 sachet Toffee Options or 1 sachet Cadbury's Highlights Dairy Fudge


In a mixing bowl break up scan bran and soften with 100ml hot water.

Add weetabix, sweetener, toffee optoins and golden syrup. Mix well.

Fold in whisked eggs gradually.

Pour into a Frylighted and lined baking tin.


Bake in oven Gas 4 for 40 - 50 mins.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

 

6 Syns and 1 HEB for the entire cake

 

4 Scan Bran 1 teacup sweetener

1 Weetabix 1-2 eggs, beaten

1 tbsp. golden syrup

1 sachet of toffee options

 

Break the scan bran into pieces, pour on a little hot water to soften. Once soft, mash with a fork. Add the Wee-tabix, sweetener, toffee options and golden syrup. Mix well. Add the beaten egg a little at a time until the mixture is soft but not runny. Line a loaf tin with foil and spray with FryLight. Place the mixture in the tin at bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for about an hour.
