Pork & Apple Meatloaf

From the kitchen of  WENDYDARLING

estimated Points® per serving | 5
454 g minced pork
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cooking apple
breadcrumbs from 3 slices of bread
2 tbsp herbs(any)
1 egg
salt & pepper

First make your breadcrumbs
Put onion, apple,and carrot in food mixer, Blitz altogether,
Add mince and blitz, add breadcrumbs, herbs,egg & s&p,
When all well mixed in put into 2lb loaf tin and bake Gas 4 180ºC for an hour  


Notes


Lovely served hot with mash and loads of veg, Or cold with a big salad
