Stuffed Chicken Breast with Bacon

Another community recipe I like the look of.  Remember its for old points so you need to recalcuate for your plan.

2 medium chicken breasts
2 rashers of lean bacon
2 tablespoons of boursin light



Make a cut in the side of the chicken breasts to create a pocket. Fill the pocket with a tablespoon of boursin light and spread any left over the top of the pocket. Wrap the bacon rasher around the chicken breast. Place on an oven tray and cook at 200oC for half an hour, turning the chicken halfway through cooking. Eat immediately!   





Note
This is nice served with point free tomato sauce and a small portion of rice. I had some boursin light left over from a party and decided to try it, it's a delicious recipe.
