Tangy Marinated Chicken



Tangy Marinated Chicken

Nice recipe from Community recipe swap but in OLD points.  Please check before using depending on your plan

From the kitchen of  GEMMALD

servings 2
estimated Points® per serving | 7
60g Rice per person
2 x chicken breasts (sliced and skinned)
Juice of 1 lime
tsp Cinnamon & nutmeg
tsp olive oil
thumb size of root ginger
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 red pepper
salt/pepper to taste
fresh coriander


Grate ginger and squeeze, chop garlic, add cinnamon, nutmeg, lime & pepper into a bowl and mix together
Place sliced chicken in mix and leave in fridge for 30 mins
Fry onion, red pepper in olive oil. Add chicken when browned.
Stir fry for 10 mins until chicken cooked
Serve with loads of fresh coriander and rice.

 
Note

Also works well with king prawns and pork.
