Thai Stir Fry

Thai Stir Fry

Serves 2

Core Recipe
Points per serving: 2½ pts

225g lean beef rump steak
frylight
2 cloves, garlic, crushed
2cm (¾") fresh ginger, grated
1 fresh chilli, red or green, chopped
50g mushrooms, chopped
4 spring onions, chopped
10ml fish sauce (2tsps)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce

In a large non-stick pan, sprayed with frylight, fry the meat until it is browned.

Add garlic, ginger, chilli and cook for 1-2 mins.

Add remaining ingredients and cook 2-3 mins.

Note: Can make this with lamb or pork steaks, same quantity, same points.
