Potato Crisps
Points: 1 pt per 100g raw weight potato
Be very
careful of timing here, too long and the crisps will burn.
Preheat oven
to 180ºC/350ºF.Gas 4
Slice the
potato very thinly, using mandolin or slicing disc of a food processor/grater.
Mist a
non-stick tray with frylight arrange
potato slices in a thin layer, salt if desired. Bake approx 15 mins,
re-position the crisps if necessary and bake another 3-5 mins until crisp but
not burnt.
