Pitta Crisps

Points per pitta : 2½


Preheat oven to 150ºC/300ºF/Gas 2


Cut pittas into quarters or eighths with scissors, then separate each piece into two.  Bake in one layer, on a non-stick baking tray for 10-15 mins until dried out and crisp.
