Moroccan Slow-cooked Stew

Moroccan Slow-cooked Stew

WW recipe

Serves 6

Points plan 1 pt per serving
Core recipe

low fat cooking spray
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1cm cubes
4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes
1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 stock cube and 125ml water
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cinnamon
1 x 400g can chick peas, drained
salt & pepper

Coat a large pan with low fat spray.  Add onion and garlci and cook for 5 mins.


Add remaining ingredients, mix well.  Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
