50g dried
polenta
200g canned
sweetcorn
1 tps chilli
flakes
2 tbsp
chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp Thai
Taste green curry paste
1 tbsp fish
sauce
1 tbsp olive
oil
1 egg
Place polenta
into a bowl and stir in the corn, chilli flakes, coriander, curry paste, fish
sauce and egg. Mix thoroughly to a sloppy mixture.
Heat the oil
in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan. Cook over medium
heat for 3-4 mins per side until cooked through and golden.
