2 Large Field Mushrooms
2 Low Fat Sausages
2 Slices of bread made into breadcrumbs
Splash of orange juice
Mixed Herbs
Black Pepper
Sprinkle salt
Wash mushrooms carefully and remove stalks
Split the sausages and put the sausage meat in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients - mix well.
Put in an oven-proof dish with approx 1cm of water.
Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins or until sausage meat is thoroughly cooked.
