Bacon Filo Pastry Pie

100 g filo pastry
20 spray Fry Light Sunflower Oil Spray
250 g spinach
7 rashers Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself Smoked Bacon Medallions
1 tub Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself Cottage Cheese
1 medium onion
1 medium egg
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Fry the onion and spinach with a few sprays of Fry Light. Cut bacon into small squares and fry separately. Add all the above ingredients together, season with the salt and pepper.
Now beat the egg and add the cottage cheese and nutmeg, stir until well mixed. Add the cheese mixture to the bacon and spinach mixture. Stir well.
Spray a few sprays of Fry Light in a square dish, now place half the filo pastry sheets into dish and spray each sheet with Fry Light. Spoon the mixture onto the filo pastry and cover with the remaining filo pastry sheets also spray these sheets with Fry Light.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 min.

This lovely dish could be enjoyed as a light meal with one
serving or as a main meal with 2-3 servings (still only 4-6 points! and very
filling.)
