Burgers
Core recipe
1 lb minced
lamb (as lean as possible)
3 tsp dried
mint
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp
no-added-sugar mint sauce
1-2 cloves
garlic, crushed
1 tsp onion
salt (or half a minced onion)
seasoning
Mix all
ingredients together in a food processor. Flatten out into burgers and
refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Either cook
under a hot grill, turning regularly; in a griddle pan or in the oven at
180*c, testing regularly until cooked.
Cooking time
will depend on size and thickness of burgers
