150ml skimmed milk

75-100g no pre-cook lasagne
100g Cheddar cheese, grated
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (400ºF, gas 6). Mix together mushroom soup and milk; set aside.

Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (400ºF, gas 6). Mix together mushroom soup and milk; set aside.
Stir-fry
mince for 5 mins. Add tomato soup and puree and simmer for 10 mins, stirring
regularly.
Spoon half
meat mixture into 1.75lt (3pt) oven-proof dish. Top with half lasagne and half
mushroom soup mixture. Repeat layers ending with soup mixture.
Sprinkle with
cheese and bake for 30 mins or until golden brown.
