Plum Chutney

Plum Chutney

Core points per recipe: 2  if you use sugar
Points per recipe: 8½

De-stone 8 plums and chop into quarters. Add to a saucepan with 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp sugar (I used sweetener and was fine), 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Cook for 15 mins over a medium heat and then leave to cool in saucepan. When cool transfer to air tight jar. Store in the fridge.
