100 grams low fat soft cheese (extra light philadelphia)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons yogurt, low fat natural
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Splenda granular, or to taste
Beat the soft cheese, mustard, yogurt, and lemon juice together in a small bowl or jug.

Mix together, 6 tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar and 2 tsp granulated artificial sweetener. Blend 1 tsp mustard powder with 1 tsp water and stir into dressing. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

1 egg yolk, 2
tbsp white wine vinegar, artificial sweetener to taste, salt and pepper & 2
tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais.
Blend well
and chill - the longer you leave it in the fridge the thicker & nicer it
gets.
