Green Thai Curry Paste

Green Thai Curry Paste

Serves 1

Core recipe

Spray oil
½ tsp olive oil
3 spring onions...finely chopped including green parts
pinch dried red chilli flakes
half a tsp ginger paste
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp coriander paste



Spray a small non stick fry pan fry light add the olive oil and heat.  Gently fry the spring onions until they start to turn colour. Add the dried chilli flakes & stir.
Add each of the other ingredients one at a time giving the paste a good stir after each.


Great served mixed into noodles.
