Crockpot Lamb Casserole

650 g lean leg of lamb 
1 heaped tablespoon flour (1pt)
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 portion Oxo Lamb Cubes
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 clove garlic
2 medium carrot(s)
2 medium onion(s)
2 stick celery
4 large portion potato(es)
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 pint water
Cube lamb, place in bag with flour salt and pepper give good shake. Brown in crockpot. Add all ingredients to crockpot mix well. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours

Notes


Boned shoulder of lamb can be used. 
Prepare night before, switch on crockpot in the morning, lovely and warming to come home to.
