Creamy Ham, Garlic and Soft Cheese

60g tomato
& spinach tagliatelle
60g low fat
soft cheese with garlic & herbs (eg Philly EXTRA light)
salt &
pepper
15g lean ham,
cut into strips
tbsp skimmed
milk.
Cook the
pasta.
Meanwhile,
stir the cheese and milk in a pan until smooth. Heat gently and stir in
the ham.
Drain the
pasta and add it to the cheese and ham mixture and toss thoroughly.
Warm through and serve with plenty of veg.
Note:
This is nice
with frozen peas added (defrost first) ,
if on the points plan, count the
extra points for the peas.
Also nice
made with prawns or smoked salmon instead of ham. (adjust points as necessary)
