Beef & Mushrooms Dijon

Beef & Mushrooms Dijon

Serves 4

Core recipe

360g sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can Campbells, cream of mushroom soup
60 ml water
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Spray a pan with frylight and heat gently.  When hot, add the mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.  Set aside.

Remove pan from heat, spray with frylight again.  Heat on medium to high and add beef.  Cook until browned and cooked, stirring often.  Approx 5-8 min depending on thickeness of your strips.

Add soup, water and mustard.  Bring to the boil, return veg to pan and heat through for 5 mins.

Serve with rice, potato or pasta.
