Tartare Sauce

Tartare Sauce

Serves 6

Core recipe
Points per serving:  ½

200g low fat plain fromage frias
1 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
1 tbsp gherkins, roughly chopped
1 tsp fresh chopped chives
1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
slat & pepper

Place the fromage frais in a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.  Chill for at east 1hour.
