Spicy Lamb Pilaff
Core recipe
serves 4
150g brown rice, dry weight, cooked
350 g potatoes par boiled
450g lean lamb mince
110g cooked frozen peas
1 med onion
2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoon grond coriander
1/2 -1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 pint stock
Fry in frylite the parboiled pots for 5 mins then add onion and lamb cook for 5 mins
add spices,seasoning and stock cook for 10 mins then add peas and cooked rice and cook for further 3 mins till hot
