Minced Beef with Mushrooms and
Spaghetti

175g mushrooms,
sliced
1 red pepper,
deseeded & diced
450g extra
lean minced beef
1 tsp dried
mixed herbs
1 beef stock
cube
1 x 290g
(small) tin Heinz cream of mushroom soup
200g dry
weight spaghetti
Dry fry the
beef in a non-stick pan until it loses it's pinkness. Drain off any
juices then add the mushrooms, pepper, herbs and stock cube.
Mix well
stirring constantly then add the soup. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and
simmer for 15 mins.
Meanwhile
cook the spaghetti as per pack instructions.
Serve the
meat sauce with the spaghetti.
