Goulash

Goulash

Serves 6

Core recipe

300g  pasta
1 lb. minced beef
2 onions, chopped
10 oz. can condensed tomato soup
2 (14 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes with garlic, undrained

Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC/Gas 4.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, cook mince and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat. Drain well.

Add soup and tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add pasta and pour into a large casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until bubbly and hot.
