Crusty Chick Peas

Crusty Chick Peas

Serves 2
Points plan: 2½ pts per serving
Core plan ½ pt per serving

1 large tin chick peas (4)
2 tsp sundried tomato paste (1)
lime juice
lemon juice
1 tsp lazy garlic
10 black olives (½)

Blitz chickpeas until smooth. Then blitz in the olives. Mix in a splash of lemon and lime juice to taste with a teaspoon of garlic. Stir in tomato paste. Spread into a ovenproof dish and bake on 180C for approx 30 minutes until top goes crispy.


I've had this warm with roasted veg or cold with a salad. Is nice if you spread on top of a piece of fish and bake in oven.
