Boston Bean Hot Pot

Boston Bean Hot Pot 

Serves 4

Points per serving: 6

400g Minced beef (extra lean)
2 onions finely chopped
400g can  Baked beans in tomato sauce
400g can chopped Tomatoes
½ pt stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce (½ pt per 2 tbsp)
150g dried pasta
salt & pepper to taste
mixed herbs

Dry fry the mince and onions together.

Add the stock, baked beans, chopped tomatoes, worcester sauce, barbecue sauce, a good shake of dried mixed herbs of your choice and bring up to the boil.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the pasta pieces cover and simmer to 15-20 minutes checking to see if additional liquid needed.

Season and serve
