For Filling
10 Strawberry's
1 Apple
Half a cup of water
2 Heaped Tbsp of Splenda
2 Tbsp of semolina
Sum krisprolls Crumbs
For Sauce
600ml Skimmed milk
2 Large Eggs
2 Heaped Tbsp of splenda
1 Tsp Vanilla Ess
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
8 Cannelloni Tubes
1. Chop the strawberry's and apple into small pieces and put in a pan with the water. Bring to boil and add semolina, Splenda and krisproll's crumbs to make a thick paste.
2. Stuff the cannelloni tubes with this paste and arrange in a oval dish.
3.Heat the milk on the hob, add the splenda to taste, villina and cinnamon. Beat eggs together and add to milk.
4. Pour mixture over the tubes and cook in the over for 50 mins on 180 degrees or until firm and golden top.
Leave to cool.This tastes lovely and looks good sliced!!!
