Spanish Chicken, Chorizo and chick pea casserole

1 400g tin of Chick Peas
1 400g tin of chopped tomatos
100g chorizo sliced
1 chili, sliced and de seeded
600g chicken breast (cubed)
1 dash of dry sherry
2 red onions sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 large carrots sliced

Add sherry and sausage to frying pan and cook untill golden. remove sausage and set aside for later leaving the pan juices in the pan.add chicken to the pan and brown off.

Add chicken, sausage and pan juices along with all other ingredients to a large casserole dish and mix well and cover. put in to a pre heated oven (about 240) and cook in middle shelf for 55mins or untill chicken is cooked through.

Serve with crusty bread for extra points or 0 point veg. enjoy!
