POPCORN

POPCORN

To pop corn at home, heat a large saucepan that has a lid. (Add 2 tsp veg oil if you like*) Add 50g popcron kernels.  Put the lid on, place over medium-high heat and wait for the kernels to pop-shaking the pan from time to time.  as soon as the sound of popping subsides, remove from the heat.  The whole process will only take about 2-3 mins.
Sprinkle with salt.
