Chicken & Bacon Paté


Chicken & Bacon Paté

Core recipe

225g chicken livers
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
Salt & black pepper
110g lean bacon, chopped
Fry Light cooking spray
Salt & ground black pepper


Spray a pan with Fry Light and fry onion, garlic and herbs until soft. Add liver & bacon and cook for approx. 7 - 8 mins. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with thin crispbread, slices of cucumber and tomato.
