Burger Heaven Casserole
Core recipe
1 lb (450g) extra lean minced beef
4 sliced raw potatoes
3-4 sliced
carrots
4 sticks chopped celery
4 sticks chopped celery
1 chopped
onion
200g frozen peas, thawed
200g frozen peas, thawed
200g frozen
whole kernel corn, thawed
300g can Campbells 99% fat free Tomato Soup
300g can Campbells 99% fat free Tomato Soup
150ml water
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 can mushrooms or 100g fresh button mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Spray a crockpot container with frylight spray.
In a large frying pan brown meat, onion and celery mixture and mushrooms.
In crock pot container combine meat mixture, potatoes, carrots, peas and corn. Stir in tomato soup, water, parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
