Prawn Fried Rice

Prawn Fried Rice


Serves 2

11pp per serving/0pp F&H


2 tsp Olive Oil

80g Peas (fresh or frozen)

1 Red Pepper, diced

2 Eggs

1 tbs Soy Sauce

6 Spring Onions, sliced

250g Rice (I usually use microwave Basmati)

195g Prawns


Heat the oil in a large wok and cook the rice in the microwave.

Add the rice to the wok and then the peas.

Beat the eggs and add and stir and then add the peppers and spring onions.

When nearly cooked add the prawns and the soy sauce.
