Chicken in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Serves 2
6pp per serving/2pp on F&H
2 Chicken Breasts, diced
2 Peppers (any colour), diced
1 Onion, diced
1 tin Low Fat Mushroom Condensed soup
1 Chicken Stock Pot/Cube, made into 100ml stock
Spray wok with Fry light, add chicken and cook for 5
minutes.
Add onion and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add soup and stock, bring to boil and simmer until
chicken is fully cooked.
Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
