Filling & Healthy Chicken Doner Kebab

Pitta Bread, otherwise need to point the Pitta Bread)
2tbsp Tomato Puree
8tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Onion Powder
1/2tsp Ground Cumin
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper
2 Chicken Breasts Sliced
WW Pitta Bread
In a bowl mix all the spices, seasoning, lemon juice and
tomato puree and the chicken slices and mix well.
Marinade for a minimum of 4 hours (over night is better).
Spray a nonstick frying pan with frylight and put on a
medium heat add the chicken slices and leave for 1 minute.
Turn over and fry for a further 5 mins turning
occasionally.
Serve in a ww pitta with salad.
