Beef Kebabs in Smoky Barbecue Sauce

375g Fillet Steak, Lean, Diced (13)
1 x Onion (0)
4 tbsp Ketchup (2)
4 tsps Worcestershire Sauce (0)
1 tsp Paprika (0)
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar (0)
16 Cherry Tomatoes (0)
Salt (0)
Mix together tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce,
paprika, salt and cider vinegar in a large, shallow dish.
Add the beef, turn until coated then leave to marinate
for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
Heat the grill to medium-high.
Take 8 skewers. On one skewer, thread on a wedge of
onion, followed by a piece of beef, a tomato, more beef, onion, tomato and
finally a piece of beef to secure.
Repeat to make eight skewers in total.
Spoon some of the marinade over the skewers then spray
with frylight.
Grill for 2-3 minutes each side, basting with more of the
marinade to prevent the beef from drying out.
Serve with Salad
