Chilli Beef Meatballs
Serves 2
5pp per serving/1pp on F&H
250g Extra Lean Mince Beef (8)
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (1)
1/2 Small Onion, finely chopped (0)
1 tsp Ground Cumin (0)
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, finely chopped (0)
Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper (0)
Handful of Shredded Lettuce (0)
Mix together the mince, onion, ground cumin and thyme.
Season, then form the mixture into 6/8 evenly-sized balls.
Spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and add
the meatballs. Cook for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the sweet
chilli sauce and cook for another minute, turning the meatballs over until
glossy.
Serve on a sub, pitta or wrap (all need pointing) with HM
Salsa or salad.
