Style Tuna & Noodles

Serves 2
4 tsp olive
oil ( use your daily allowance for this or count the points for it)
350g tuna
steak, diced
2 small
onions, quartered
100g oyster
mushrooms, sliced
100g bean
sprouts
few spinach
leaves, stalks removes & shredded
½ small red
pepper, sliced
4 spring
onions, cut into 2.5cm (1") lengths
100g
transparent noodles, rinsed
125ml light
soy sauce
½ tsp splenda
Heat the oil,
add the tuna and fry for 2-3 mins. Add the veg and noodles and stir-fry
for 2 mins.
Pour in the
soy sauce and splenda, heat a short time and serve.
