Chicken &
lentil & spinach curry, slow cooker
· chicken pieces or breasts
· natural yogurt - 1 litre (put half in at start, stir half through at end)
· curry powder (about 4 tea spoons)
· Garam Masala (about 4 tea spoons)
· soup lentil mix (no pre-soak)
· whatever veg you feel like adding (don’t bother peeling - waste of time, you can;t tell difference at the end)
· Garlic, 2 chick stock cubes, onions
· about 2 litre of water (500 mls only if no lentils)
Put on low for 10+ hours (I'm usually out for 10-12 hours, so I only know what it's like after that time)
Stir in some spinach just before serving, add rest of yogurt - what amazing low point tasty curry.
