Veggie Bolognaise Sauce


Veggie Bolognaise Sauce

Makes 2 portions    1/2 a Sin the lot on SW Green Plan

1 onion chopped                    2 cloves garlic crushed
1 large carrot finely diced
Frylight                               4oz mushrooms chopped
1 tbsp. tom. puree [1/2 sin]   250g can of chopped tomatoes
2oz bulghur wheat                1 tbsp. soy sauce

Fry onion, garlic and carrot in Frylight for 5 mins.
Add mushrooms, cook for 5 more mins.
Add all other ingredients and 8 fl oz of water and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 15 mins.
