Red Lentil Sauce for Pasta
Serves 1 - 1 sin on SW Green Plan
1oz split red lentils
1 teaspoon Marmite
1 level tablespoon tomato ketchup [1 sin]
Boil the lentils in 10 fluid oz of water for 15
mins. until cooked and reduced to a runny sauce.
Add Marmite and ketchup and stir well.
Good on pasta or a baked potato.
