TANDOORI
SALMON ( Dill flavoured Exotic Salmon )
Serves 4; Prep. Time - 1 hour, Cooking time - 15 minutes
Salmon - 1 kg cut into 1/2" cubes
Lemon JUice - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Yoghurt ( not the watery one ) - 1 cup
Garlic paste - 4 tsp
green chillies , deseeded and chopped - 5
Dill , chopped 2 tsp
Olive Oil - 4 tsp.
1. Marinate salmon cubes in lemon juice , salt and black pepper powder. Keep
aside for 45 minutes
2. Whisk yoghurt in a bowl. Add garlic paste , chopped green chillies , dill,
olive oil and salt.
3. Drain salmon cubes from the first marinade and mix with the yoghurt mixture
. Keep in a cool place for an hour.
4. Roast in a moderately hot oven ( preheated ) at 175 dec/ C for 10 minutes .
Baste with olive oil and cook again for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with onion rings. ( and any other veggies like Tomatoes , peppers etc
. Just do not use any dressing .. simply squeeze some lime over it )
