Fish In
coconut sauce
Fish Fillets
- any light fish like coley/cod etc. cut into 4 pieces
Spray Oil
Onion Seeds - 1 tsp
Dried Red Chillies - whole - 4 nos
Garlic cloves sliced - 4
Onion sliced - 1
Tomatoes - sliced - 2 nos
Dessicated Coconut - 2 tbsp. - 4 points
Salt
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Water - 150 ml
Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbsp.
Heat a wok and spray oil. Reduce heat and add the onion seeds , dried red chillies, garlic and onion. Stir fry for a few minutes
Mix in the tomatoes, desicated coconut, salt and corriander pwd.
Add the fish pieces to the mixture and turn gently to cook evenly. Simmer and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in the water, lime juice, and chopped coriander. Cook further for 3-5 minutes or until the water evaporates. You could keep it witha little gravy if U like .
Remove to a dish and serve hot.
