Chicken & black bean stir fry pittas

points per serving: 6
to serve one

1 chicken breast (2 1/2 points)
1 pitta bread (2 1/2 points)
1 packet stir fry veg (0 points)
1 jar or sachet of black bean sauce (you will find this in curry/stir fry section of your supermarket - indian/chinese cuisine) - 1 point per serving usually - use your points finder!!
can of 1 cal spray oil (0 points)
salad or other 'free' vegetables to garnish if required

fry off a chicken breast cut into cubes (using 1 cal spray), until chicken is golden brown, add a packet (or 1/2 packet) of stir fry vegetables, fry for a while, then add 2 tablespoons black bean sauce, cook for about 10 minutes. whilst you are waiting for it to finsih cooking, toast or microwave your pitta bread.
finally, stuff your pitta bread with the chicken and vegetables, add salad or other vegetables if required and ENJOY!! a very filling and appetizing meal!! and easy to make too!
