Prawns in Almond Sauce
Serves 4
2 x 15ml Tbsp Oil
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
180g Discovery Enchilada Sauce
60g Ground Almonds
385g Peeled Prawns
30 ml Soured Cream
Slices of lime to garnish
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add
the chopped onion and crushed garlic and cook until softened.
- Add Discovery Enchilada Sauce and
simmer for two minutes. Stir in the ground almonds and bring to the boil.
- Add the prawns and simmer for
about 5 minutes. Stir in the soured cream.
- Serve with a timbale of rice and
garnish with slices of lime.
